1. What kind of payment methods do you accept ? We currently accept PayPal, Moneybookers and Credit Cards. Payments with confirmed mailing address and optional verified buyer status will help to ensure that your order is processed faster.

2. How to pay with a Credit Card if I do not have a Paypal account? You can easily use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or other card by selecting "PayPal Credit Card" as your payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Once there, you may either login to your PayPal account if you have one or if you do not have a PayPal account simply click the button that says "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here". You will then be able to sign up a PayPal account and enter your Credit Card information.

3. Do you accept payments from all countries? In general - Yes! However, at the moment we do not accept payments or provide services to customers from Eastern European, Middle-Africa and several East-Asian territories. If you are a citizen of said territories, please provide a land line phone number and copy of your ID for our confirmation. We works hard to protect its customers by reducing online payment fraud through certified verification processes. Thank you for your understanding!

4. Are there discounts for large orders? Yes, we offer bulk discounts on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us by Live Support to discuss a bulk discount.

5. Why do your prices change so frequently? We raise and decrease our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary from server to server on one game.

6. Do you support price matching? Sorry, we do not support active price matching. Our prices depend on supply and demand of the interactive markets. We do continuously lower our prices to keep a competitive edge. If you find that our price is outrageous at this point, you may contact a Customer Service Representative to receive a set discount from us in order to prove our service.
